Hey guys! Today’s video is a “What I eat on a rest day” as a vegan athlete! Today was a weekend, and these are usually my rest days where I give my body a break from training. However, I still really enjoyed doing some light physical activity throughout the day such as walking and playing tennis. I think that rest days are so important and necessary for our health. AnywayI had a lot of fun filming this video and showing you guys the simple vegan meals that I made.
