Hey guys! I decided to make a “What I eat in a Day” as a vegan athlete (during quarantine) vlog! Today was a more intense training day, as I had a lot of zoom workouts online with my circus school and was pretty active, so I ate quite a bit. But i really enjoyed making this video! It was fun sharing all the simple vegan meals I made. Hope you enjoy it!

BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE:
-1 banana
-soy milk
-1 date
-frozen blueberries
-frozen spinach
-ice
-Silk almond yogurt

LUNCH BUDDAH BOWL
-Spring mix
-cucumbers
-shredded carrots
-black beans
-quinoa
-hummus
-balsamic vinegar

SNACK

-honeydew
-coconut water

DINNER- PASTA SALAD
-leftover macaroni pasta
-Mixed greens
– “Riced” lentils
-Garlic powder
-Nutritional yeast

DESSERT:
-Non dairy vegan sea salted caramel Magnum bar
