WHAT I EAT IN A DAY AS A COLLEGE ATHLETE #2 // gluten free & vegan

HI GUYS! Here’s a typical day of what I have been eating while training in quarantine! I run college track and have really been getting into health and nutrition so I’ve been experimenting more with foods and recipes in my free time! I have celiac disease, so I follow a gluten free diet, and I have also been experimenting with going vegan! So I hope you enjoy my gluten free and vegan what I eat in a day 🙂
