150ml plant milk (almond milk, soy milk or rice milk)
70ml olive oil
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp yellow mustard
1/2 tsp guar gum powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
pinch of nutmeg powder
pinch of Kala Namak (black salt)
pinch of salt (pink Himalayan salt)
pinch of white pepper (optional)
1-2 bunches white asparagus (500g-1kg), peeled, cut off the cut end 2cm up
steam for 15-20 minutes, check tenderness with a fork

Bahan:
150ml susu nabati (susu almond, susu kedelai atau susu beras)
 70ml minyak zaitun
1/2 sdt cuka apel
1/2 sdt mustard kuning
1/2 sdt bubuk guar gum
1/2 sdt bubuk kunyit
sejumput bubuk pala
sejumput Kala Namak (garam hitam)
sejumput garam (garam pink Himalaya)
sejumput lada putih (opsional)
1-2 ikat asparagus putih (500g-1kg), kupas, potong ujungnya hingga 2cm
kukus selama 15-20 menit, periksa kematangan dengan garpu
