Ingredients:
Chana Dal (Split Chickpeas) – 1 cup(150gm) Soaked for 4 hours
Garlic Cloves – (5-6)
Green Chillies – (2-3)
Coriander Leaves – 1/2 cup
Turmeric Powder – 1.5 tsp
Salt as per taste
Yellow Mustard/Black Mustard – 2 tbsp
Jeera(Cumin Seeds) – 1 tbsp
Garlic Cloves – 10
Ginger – 1 inch
Coriander Seeds – 1 tsp
Dry Red Chillies – 2
Mustard Oil – 4 tbsp
Bay Leaves – 2
Panch Foron – 1 tsp
Onion Paste (1 Medium Size Onion)
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder – 1.5 tsp
Tomatoes – 2 Large(Roughly Chopped)
Chopped Coriander Leaves – 1 tbsp
Aamchoor (Dry Mango Powder) – 1 tsp
Green Chillies – 2
Jaggery/Sugar – 1/2 tsp
