In this meal prep i’ve made a protein bowl and what i believe to be, a protein hack.
It’s just blending or mashing the edamame but it’s something I’ve not seen anyone do before. I’ll be gutted if you all tell me you do this anyway haha.
This is just another cheap, easy, vegan, Lazy meal prep to help you get to the peak of your vegan physique.
As you should be aware at this point, I’m not the type of person to spend hours in the kitchen with endless ingredients. I want a quick, efficient meal that gets me the macros I want.
