Story time….so 13 years ago, Soph’s grandparents were super sick. Thankfully, they found a vegan doc and transformed their diet! They went from lamb to lentils, souvlaki to spinach, and gyro to garbanzo (they’re Greek) and took my family along for the ride too. We all have never been healthier or happier eating this way. And, I learned how to optimize it for maximum gym gainz 😉
