Water is so important for the human body that if we go without it for more than about 3-4 days, we will start to have serious complications or even worst, death.
After drinking out of plastic water bottles for the last 10 years, I decided to try some water in a glass bottle. Since then, I’ve gotten a weekly monthly water subscription so it’s safe to say that I enjoyed it
More water will help improve digestion, increase memory, give more energy, reduce acid/inflammation, burn fat, build muscle and so much more
Water water water water water, I can’t stress it enought
I drink 3-5 liters a day depending on if I go to the gym or have a more intense workout or not.
