Hang out in my backyard with my today while I show you my current pull day workout. We go over sets/reps and even have Crystal showing us some easier variations.
PULL DAY WORKOUT
5-10 min Warm up
Muscle ups (or straight arm pulls) 7-10 reps x 3-4 sets
Weighted pull ups (drop set) max reps at each weight x 4-5 sets
between sets feel free to boost your cardio by doing 25 mountain climbers 😉
Weighted Ring Rows (drop set) max reps at each weight x 3 sets
Commando Pull ups (with optional L sit) 7-10 reps x 4 sets alternating grip each set
Chin ups 10 reps x 2 sets (gotta keep the basics strong!)
Dragon Flags max reps x 3-4 sets
Bent over rows 12 reps x 4 sets per arm
Barbell curls 10-12 reps x 4 sets
super set with
Hammer curls 10 reps x 4 sets
