Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie Bowl recipe – vegan, Keto-friendly, easy & delicious!

It’s hot🥵. Let’s eat some (n)ice cream🍦! Tastes like dessert, but is masked in a big bowl of creamy health. This one is my favorite smoothie bowl yet:

🥛2 cups of your milk of choice (we use an oat/ coconut blend)
🍌1 1/2 frozen bananas
🥑1 cup frozen avocado
😶‍🌫️1 scoop of chocolate collagen builder + protein
🍫1 scoop cacao
🍁swirl of agave nectar or maple syrup
💚bunch of fresh mint leaves
blend together, pour into bowls & work on the topping.

for the crackle shell: mix equal parts 🥥 oil + 🍫 chips and melt.

🥣 pour on top of smoothie bowl + freeze for 10 minutes.

Top with chia seeds, cacao nibs, fresh mint, and enjoy!! ❄️
