Full Workout:
1.Hammer Curl Isometric Hold
2.Supinating Bicep Curl
3.’Idk’
Do each exercise for 1 minute (1 minute each arm for Exercise 3).
After all 3 exercises, rest for 30s to 1 min and repeat for 7 sets or more
