The gut is the one place where everything stems from. From our immune system to our mental health.
It’s important that the gut is in tact and functioning at very high level. This will keep us healthy and full of energy!
However, sometimes the becomes susceptible to leakage and overall disruption based on our lifestyle. That includes what we eat, exercise (or lack thereof) stress, medications and more.
It’s important to spot the problem and then proceed with the appropriate protocol to better the situation
