It’s fantastic for breakfast
You can add Greek yogurt, or coconut yogurt for vegan

I am not vegan so I dropped the salty caramel

100 gr Dates chopped
6 of Bananas meshed
4 of bananas for topping splits
Non Dairy Milk , I use 5 grains milk
But you can use almond or soya or coconut milk
Dinna fash choose wot you like
1/4 cup Maple Syrup or you can use honey 🍯
100 gr Almonds Crushed
2 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Cinnamon
