In my recent poll the most requested meals for 2021 were Breakfast bites and sensational Snacks. ☀️ Sooooo…why not kick the year with one of my favorite “Snackfast” recipes for Chia Seed Pudding! ✨ Despite their small size, Chia Seeds are one of the most nutritious foods on the planet. They’re loaded with fiber, protein, omega-3 fatty acids and other micronutrients. Oh yeah, and the best part of this sweet treat is that you can add whatever fun fruit or nuts you like on top and let your creativity run wild! 🎵 @onegreatvegan

CHIA SEED PUDDING:
Chia Seeds (⅓ Cup)
Plant-Based Milk (1-2 Cups)
Cinnamon (½ Tsp)
Nutmeg (¼ Tsp)
Maple Syrup (3-4 Tbs)
Vanilla Extract (¼ Tsp)
Fruit + Seeds of your Choice (I used Cherries and Sliced Almonds!) (1 Cup)
