CABBAGE & CARROT CURRY INGREDIENTS
1 Small Head of White Cabbage Chopped (780g /27oz Chopped Weight)
1 Medium Carrot, Sliced
2 Small Tomatoes, Chopped
2 tspn Ginger-Garlic-Chili Paste
1 tspn Red Chili Powder
1 1/2 tspn Coriander-Cumin Powder
1/2 tspn Turmeric
1 tspn Salt
Pinch of Garam Masala
Coriander for Garnishing
Garam Masala for Sprinkling (optional)
1/4 Cup (60ml) Oil (Vegetable or Sunflower)
1/2 tspn Mustard Seeds
1/2 tspn Cumin Seeds
1/4 tspn Hing (Asafoetida)
