As always, this is such an easy recipe. You can probably already tell I love easy recipes. This is so creamy and delicious but, as always, does not lack nutritional value. It’s packed with veggies! You can add in what ever veggies you like, but I definitely feel like this pasta sauce needs the sweet kind of veggies. I do prefer using fresh butternut squash (even if it is a pain to prep!) but I had been bought this bag of frozen butternut squash by a friend so I thought I may as well use them up. Fresh butternut squash roasts better than the frozen stuff, and it’s the roasting of it that makes this sauce taste out of this world.
