Amazing Moroccan chickpea fitness soup recipe (vegan, very healthy)

Majkl shows us in this video how to make a Moroccan chickpeas soup. It is a very health and light soup, great for a light lunch. It is vegetarian and vegan recipe.
Ingredients for 4 servings:
60ml extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons of sunflower oil
1 large onion
1 zucchini
1 yam
600g peeled and preserved tomatoes (can be replaced with fresh tomatoes)
500g pre-cooked chickpeas
1 teaspoon of each of the following spices:
cumin, spicy paprika, coriander, sweet paprika, cinnamon, raz el hanout (if you don’t have raz el hanout, you can replaced it with curry)
2 cloves of garlic
10 stems of fresh thyme
4 stems of fresh parsley (leaves and stems are used)
1.2 litres of vegetable stock (can be replaced with water)
salt and pepper to taste (about 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of pepper)
