My hummus recipe:
– 220 grams of canned chickpeas
– 150 grams of tahin
– at least 4 cloves of garlic (if you don’t like garlic you can do 1 or 2)
– one tbsp of sumac
– juice of one lemon
– salt and pepper
– olive oil
Just blend everything together. You can add water if the hummus is too thick. You can also take of the chickpea skins if you want it to be even more smooth.

My vegan ramen recipe:
Sauté garlic a shallot and some ginger in a mix of rice and sesame oil. Then add vegetable broth and dried shiitake mushrooms. When the shiitake are getting soft add some sliced mushrooms and some soy sauce to add more flavor. Then cook your noodles according to the package and serve. You can add toppings like mushrooms and scallions.
