2 Cups- Bell Pepper
1 Cup – Tomatoes
1/2 Cup – Roasted Peanuts
3 Cloves of Garlic
1 inch Ginger
1/2 Cup – Water
400 grams – Tofu
2 Tablespoons – Oil
Salt to taste
1 Teaspoon – Turmeric
1 Teaspoon – Red Chilli Powder (adjust spice level according to your taste)
1 Tablespoon – Coriander Powder
1 Teaspoon – Cumin Powder
1 Tablespoon – Vegan Butter
